We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • In the same condition in which you received them

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and limited-edition production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel
  • Items purchased on final sale (if marked as “Final Sale”)
  • Limited-edition drops with no-return notice (if explicitly stated on the product page)
  • Customized or personalized items

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  1. Full name
  2. Order number
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  1. The item arrived damaged
  2. You received the wrong product
  3. There was a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SilkRoad is not responsible for lost or untrackable return parcels.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank/payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory and drop-based collections.
If you want a different size or color, please:

  1. Return your item for a refund
  2. Place a new order

This ensures you don’t miss out on limited quantities.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return following our standard policy.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. First check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

We will assist you promptly.


10. Final Notes

SilkRoad reserves the right to deny returns that violate our policy.
